At Muus Collective, we believe digital fashion will change the way we express personal style, driving more conscious consumerism and allowing more people to attain the wardrobe of their dreams.
Muus Collective is a female-founded studio building fashion-centric, community-driven experiences spanning mobile games, entertainment, and e-commerce. In partnership with REVOLVE, we recently launched BELLEMINT, a revolutionary mobile fashion game where players cultivate and hone their personal style — as a muse, designer or stylist.
Muus aims to allow everyone to go beyond a physical reality and express themselves in a safe and rewarding environment by creating a space where fashion enthusiasts can style with digital versions of real-world fashion items, engage with like-minded communities, and drive social impact through play. We’re empowering our community to create, engage, and share their personal style, all while contributing to the social good.

Opportunity for Impact
Muus Collective is looking for a Social Media Manager/Content Creator who shares a passion for fashion, creativity, and self-expression.
As an ideal candidate, you will be well-versed in creating engaging social media content and developing communities made up of primarily female and non-binary individuals. You will have intricate knowledge of driving engagement on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram and a demonstrable ability to build authentic connections with and relate to others through social media.
Community will be at the heart of everything we create at Muus Collective. As such, you will be skilled at not only creating captivating content but turning loyal followers into long-term engaged players of our mobile game, BELLEMINT.
Responsibilities
- Produce engaging, on-brand content (videos, graphics, posts) tailored to each platform – must be comfortable being on camera
- Working in concert with the Head of Marketing, evolve our social media and community strategy to cultivate and grow our audience for BELLEMINT
- Build, maintain, and operate a calendar of content, events, and activities designed to keep our community engaged
- Devise community engagement strategies to support and promote partnerships and new feature launches
- Work closely with our team to align content with marketing goals and brand voice
- Regularly assess the community sentiment, understand community concerns, and communicate metrics and insights back to the Muus Collective team
- Maintain a pulse on the latest gaming, fashion, and e-commerce trends and integrate learnings into community strategy
Professional Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of experience working for a consumer-facing media outlet, fashion or retail brand, or gaming community, including experience managing social media platforms and tools
- Professional experience creating social media content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc., and demonstrated experience of strategies to drive engagement and growth
- Excellent communication skills for both external and internal audiences
- High attention to detail (no typo goes unnoticed by you!)
- Strong understanding of online communities
- Passionate about innovation, fashion and gaming, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, as well as be comfortable working in a dynamic environment
This is a part-time, fully-remote role with a flexible schedule.
